20W Rigid LED Light Bar for Light Box – DC24V, 2200lm, CRI90+, UL Listed
20W Rigid LED Light Bar for Light Box – DC24V, 2200lm, CRI90+, UL Listed
This 20W rigid LED light bar is designed for professional lightbox and illuminated display applications. Built with an aluminum housing, DC24V input and integrated optical lens, it provides controlled side lighting for even, hotspot-free illumination.
With up to 2200 lumens from 20W, a 10°×40° optical lens, and CRI 90+, it delivers precise illumination across fabric graphics, backlit panels, and illuminated displays.
Designed for professional light box assembly. Volume pricing available for 10+, 50+, and 100+ pcs.
2200lm High Output from 20W
The 20W version produces up to 2200lm of light output — approximately 110 lm/W — providing strong illumination while maintaining a compact rigid form factor.
This makes it suitable for professional exhibition light boxes, retail displays, illuminated signage, and large-format graphic displays.
Rigid Aluminum Construction & Thermal Management
Unlike flexible LED strips, this rigid light bar maintains its shape during installation and provides a stable mounting platform inside the light box frame.
The aluminum housing also dissipates heat from the LED components for reliable long-term operation and a rated 50,000-hour lifespan.
Controlled 10°×40° Light Distribution
The integrated optical lens directs light inward toward the display surface rather than spreading light randomly.
When installed at the recommended spacing, the controlled beam helps improve brightness consistency and reduce visible hotspots across the illuminated graphic.
Designed for Side-Lit Light Boxes
Install the LED bars along the inner edges of the aluminum frame with the light directed toward the center of the display.
For large-format light boxes, lighting can be installed on two or all four sides depending on the frame dimensions, depth, graphic material, and required brightness.
CRI 90+ for Accurate Graphic Color
High color rendering helps printed graphics, photographs, product images, and brand colors appear more naturally under illumination.
This is especially useful for retail displays, exhibition graphics, premium advertising panels, and brand-sensitive applications.
Plug-and-Play Molex Connection
The Molex 5557 / Mini-Fit Jr. connector provides a professional connection method for light box assembly and replacement. No soldering is required for normal plug-in installation.
Typical Applications
- Exhibition and trade show light boxes
- SEG fabric display systems
- Illuminated advertising panels
- Retail display light boxes
- Backlit signage
- Portable display systems
- Custom aluminum-frame light boxes
Recommended Installation
For side-lit applications, install the light bars along the inside perimeter of the frame and direct the lenses toward the center of the graphic.
The recommended spacing should be determined according to the light box depth, graphic material, and desired brightness. For the current 470mm bar configuration, keeping the spacing at approximately 50cm or less can help achieve more consistent illumination.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between the 10W and 20W versions?
The 20W version provides higher brightness output (2200lm vs 1100lm), making it better suited for larger lightboxes or applications where maximum luminance is required. The 10W version is ideal for smaller frames or where lower power consumption is preferred.
Will this work with my existing lightbox frame?
This rigid light bar is designed for standard trade show lightbox frames and SEG fabric systems. At 470mm length, it fits most common frame widths. Check your frame's internal depth to ensure compatibility with the 16mm bar height.
