Inspect the illuminated face after final assembly
Fit the final graphic and close the frame as intended. Check bright edges, dark areas and corner shadows from the planned viewing position. If supplemental light is added, inspect the complete face again instead of approving the added bar in isolation.
Include replacement references in the handover record
Record each bar model, white-light option, driver label and connector photos. Keep the wiring diagram and access instructions with the sign. Disconnect power before opening or replacing a module; confirm that the service connector is accessible.

- 10W DC-plug edge-lit bar: 360mm, DC24V, 1000lm ±10%, 15°×45° lens and dual-end DC sockets.
- 20W edge-lit bar: 470mm, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° lens.
- Supplemental 8W corner bar: 202mm, DC24V, 600–700lm and 10°×40° lens.
Does the same connector shell prove a replacement is compatible?
No. Verify pinout, polarity, cable capacity, mounting and optics. Use the approved model reference and test any substitute with the actual frame and graphic.
