Record what each production partner supplies
Identify the graphic material and orientation, frame section, source model and layout. Assign responsibility for the separate supply, wiring, mounting parts and finished assembly. Include actual connector and control requirements rather than assuming that every component comes with the bar.
Pass on the approved assembly and sample record
Record which graphic, frame and lighting configuration was reviewed, and who approved each part of the project. Keep the finished-face sample and assembly notes together when handing work to the next supplier. Buying internal LED components does not supply a complete lightbox or approve the assembled electrical design.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Does choosing an LED bar complete the fabrication handover?
No. Print, frame, component supply, wiring and finished-sample responsibilities still need agreement. Confirm these before purchasing so that the next partner receives the correct assembly information.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
