Define the exposure before comparing LED options
Record whether the lightbox is inside an occupied room, behind a window or in a location exposed to water. Include cleaning access, moisture risks and the position of the power supply. A window display location alone does not establish outdoor suitability or protection from condensation.
Keep the component rating separate from the enclosure claim
The 20W rigid bar listed here is IP20 for indoor use. Do not transfer that rating to a complete frame, or infer outdoor suitability from another supplier’s exhibition demonstration. Check the exact LED, driver, wiring and enclosure requirements with qualified personnel before approving the build.

Does placing an indoor LED bar inside a sign cabinet make it suitable outdoors?
That cannot be assumed. A cabinet name or enclosed appearance does not verify protection against the actual exposure. Select components for the documented environment and have the complete design assessed; this page does not promise outdoor suitability.

Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
