Show the sign construction, not only the finished face
Prepare a working sample with one accessible frame edge so buyers can examine LED-bar placement, connectors and cable routing. Compare a small counter lightbox with the proposed larger sign using the actual print and diffuser. Check corner shadows and bright bands from the visitor’s viewing distance; a brighter bar alone does not correct an unsuitable layout.
Choose the light source for the display
- DC24V linkable edge-lit bars: 212mm/9W, 319mm/14W or 480mm/20W for modular lightbox builds.
- 20W DC24V rigid lightbox bar: 470mm, 2200lm ±10%, for tested indoor SEG and illuminated-sign layouts.
- 12W/18W DC24V MODULAP lightbox module: 470mm edge-lighting format for compatible fabric frames; verify the connector and fit.
- 45W DC24V high-output edge-lit bar: 958mm, 4400lm ±10%, for large lightbox frames; a compatible external driver is required and not included.
Which LED module suits a sign-making demonstration?
Choose a bar length that leaves room for mounting and wiring inside the sample. Linkable DC24V bars suit modular demonstrations; 20W rigid bars and the 45W long bar offer other size and output choices. Validate each build before scaling it.
Before ordering
LED Modules are internal light sources, not complete lightboxes. Confirm frame depth, graphic material, bar spacing, connector polarity and DC24V driver capacity; test a sample for hotspots and dark areas. For arm lights, verify the exact input, plug, clamp and venue requirements. Follow the selected model’s connection limits.
