ISA BuildU LED Modules for Lightbox Layout Dimension References

ISA BuildU combines sign-cabinet and LED installation training. For independent indoor lightbox builds, use a clear dimension reference before comparing LED bar layouts. Browse all LED Modules below for the actual frame and graphic.

Mark where each layout measurement starts

Identify an internal frame edge as the reference and mark the measurement direction. State whether each offset locates the housing edge, lens center or mounting point. Keep the same reference on the drawing and physical sample; dimensions from different edges cannot be compared without reconciling their origins.

Compare the drawing with the unpowered assembly

Measure the selected bar, connectors and mounting arrangement in the actual frame. Record measured offsets rather than assuming the lens center coincides with the housing edge. Have qualified personnel check mounting and wiring before illumination. Retain the reference marks and sample observations when revising the layout; no universal spacing is implied.

Compare LED lightbox sources

Are a housing-edge offset and a lens-center offset interchangeable?

No. Identify the measured feature and reference edge before comparing positions. Check actual component dimensions and the assembled sample instead of treating differently referenced measurements as equal.

Before ordering

Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.

Send the marked frame drawing, measurement direction, referenced features, measured offsets, LED candidates, sample observations and quantity through our contact page.
