The HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition brings together the healthcare technology community. This selection helps independent exhibit builders plan the lightbox components needed when an existing indoor display is expanded or rearranged.
Separate retained and additional lightbox sections
Mark which printed-lightbox sections remain, which are added and which require replacement in the revised stand drawing. Check the condition and specifications of retained light sources before considering reuse. Calculate component quantities from each actual lightbox layout; a larger stand footprint does not mean that every existing LED quantity should increase by the same proportion.
Approve the changed sections before repeating the purchase
Use representative prints and the intended frame sections to compare the proposed lighting for added or modified boxes. Record each section’s LED model, quantity, voltage, connector and driver alongside its retained, added or replaced status. Recheck mounting space and service access when a section moves behind a kiosk or meeting area; approve that revised configuration before treating it as repeatable.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Does an existing exhibit establish compatibility for added lightboxes?
Only the construction and components actually reviewed are supported by that review. Added boxes may have different depths, graphics, wiring and mounting points. Confirm each proposed configuration separately. These modules are light sources for independently designed indoor graphic lightboxes, not medical devices or replacement parts for healthcare displays.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
Send the existing and revised stand drawings, labelled lightbox sections and component list to discuss the quantities and samples needed for the change.
