Compare the actual mounting envelope with the bar dimensions
Use the lightbox section and internal plan to mark the curved boundary, fixings, cable passages and available mounting surface. Check the full straight-bar length and width at the proposed position, including its lens and connector clearance. A circular sign’s outside diameter alone does not establish usable space for a bar placed away from its centre. Keep rigid bars straight; do not bend or cut a model unless its own specification permits it.
Review the circular graphic with the intended layout
Compare suitable edge-lit or rear-backlit sources in a representative box with the planned backing, face material and print. Examine the curved border as well as the centre for visible source patterns or uneven areas. Record the accepted positions and electrical components. If the diameter, mounting surface or graphic construction changes, review the layout again before repeating the order.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Are these modules food-preparation lights or a complete circular sign?
They are internal sources for independently designed indoor graphic lightboxes. They do not include a circular enclosure, certify overhead mounting or establish suitability for food-contact, washdown or appliance lighting. Choose the module only after checking the actual mounting space, voltage, connections and stated environmental rating.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
Send the circular lightbox’s internal dimensions, section drawing, backing and face-material sample to discuss an appropriate LED component trial.
