Keep the LED setup fixed for the fabric comparison
Label each fabric batch and use the same print file, print settings, frame, LED layout, power arrangement and viewing position. Record fabric tension and the illuminated appearance. Change one fabric sample at a time.
Review LED alternatives in a separate comparison
After selecting a fabric sample, keep that sample fixed when comparing LED candidates. Record each LED model and layout. A change in fabric appearance alone does not prove an LED fault or establish which component caused a difference.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Can a fabric batch comparison establish LED compatibility?
No. The sample review records appearance under defined conditions. Electrical, connector, mounting and complete lightbox checks still apply to each LED model. Review your own assembly rather than assuming compatibility with another supplier’s frame.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
