C!Print Lyon brings together printing and visual-communication professionals. For print workshops adding illuminated point-of-sale displays to their offer, this collection links the printed graphic to the internal LED hardware needed for a tested fabric lightbox.
Turn an approved print sample into a repeatable lightbox job
Bring a small production sample with the actual fabric, silicone edge, frame profile and proposed LED layout. View fine text, pale gradients and dark areas with the LEDs on and off. Record the accepted graphic material, fixed color temperature, bar spacing and driver arrangement together; approving the print alone does not approve the finished illuminated display.
Prepare the handover between printer and frame builder
Agree who supplies the frame, light bars, wiring and external DC24V driver before quoting a batch. Keep the tested drawing and a reference graphic with the job sheet. For repeat orders, match the selected LED model and color-temperature option, then check a finished unit before producing the rest. This is useful for window campaigns, backlit POS panels and SEG textile graphics.
Choose the light source for the display
- 20W DC24V rigid lightbox bar: 470mm, 2200lm ±10%, for tested indoor SEG and illuminated-sign layouts.
- 12W/18W DC24V MODULAP lightbox module: 470mm edge-lighting format for compatible fabric frames; verify the connector and fit.
- DC24V linkable edge-lit bars: 212mm/9W, 319mm/14W or 480mm/20W for modular lightbox builds.
Can the same print file be approved for every backlit fabric?
A file alone cannot confirm the result. Fabric transmission, ink coverage, diffuser and lightbox depth can change the visible finish. Test the chosen print in the proposed frame; no universal bar spacing or module count is promised.
Before ordering
These products are internal light sources. Check mounting clearance, connector type and polarity, DC24V driver capacity and the selected model’s connection limits. Verify the pack size on the product page. Request a tested lighting layout before placing a production order.
Send the frame drawing, print size, fabric details, product links and quantities through our contact page so we can review your proposed lightbox build.
