What measurements do I need before buying lightbox LED bars?
Record the illuminated width and height, internal depth, front-panel material and distance from the proposed LEDs to the graphic. Include any diffuser and mounting obstructions. A printer sample alone does not specify a suitable light source: these construction details help narrow the bars and layouts worth testing.
How do I compare edge-lit and rear-backlight LEDs for a printed sign?
Use the same accepted backlit graphic in a representative box. Compare the intended edge-lit or rear-backlight arrangement for visible bright spots, dark edges and readability at the intended viewing distance. Keep the panel, diffuser and supply unchanged during the comparison; approve the assembled sign before repeating the order.

Does the brightest LED bar always give the best backlit sign?
No. Compare beam angle, bar placement, box depth and the printed panel together. Higher output alone does not establish uniform illumination.
