Check the space available for the chosen LED bar
Measure the usable internal cavity, mounting points and connector clearance on the actual frame. Include the lens and cable exit in the fit review. A frame outline or a rendered image does not establish room for the selected LED component, its wiring and separate power arrangement.
Compare the drawing with a complete lightbox sample
Build the intended layout using the actual graphic and selected model options. Record where the physical arrangement differs from the drawing, including joints and wiring access. Review the illuminated face before confirming the production parts list; a CAD model alone does not show the light distribution through the finished graphic.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Are these approved beMatrix or LEDskin replacement parts?
No authorized replacement or universal beMatrix compatibility is claimed. LEDskin video panels and internal lightbox LED sources are different product types. This collection is for independent lightbox component evaluation; confirm exact construction and electrical requirements before ordering.

Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
