Check the fixing location before fabricating the frame
Mark the intended mounting points on the real frame section. Check screw access, bracket space, cable clearance and distance from the printed face. Keep fasteners out of the graphic path. A bar dimension alone does not confirm the frame can hold or service it.
Confirm model-specific hardware and access
List the fixing parts supplied with the exact model and those you must source separately. Check how tools reach each fixing after assembly. Do not assume all LED bars include the same hardware, or alter a structural frame member simply to make a mounting hole fit.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 7W mini edge-lit bar: 200×23×16mm, DC24V, 770lm and standard 20°×60° optics; verify available mounting and removal space.
- 10W DC-plug edge-lit bar: 360×26×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1000lm ±10%, 15°×45° optics and dual-end DC sockets.
- Aluminum-profile edge-lit family: 22W/25W/32W, DC24V, 40.7×17mm housing and 14°×47° optics; specify length and wire exit.
Can one mounting-hole pattern be used for every LED bar?
Do not assume it. Check the chosen model and mounting parts against the frame section. Approve a physical assembly before repeating the fixing pattern in production.
Before ordering
These are internal light sources, not complete retail fixtures. Disconnect power before service. Verify DC24V, load, connector pinout and polarity; confirm power and hardware separately. The featured 10W DC-plug bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks. Do not transfer the limit to other models.
