PSI brings promotional-products manufacturers, distributors and agencies together. Resellers commissioning indoor printed lightboxes need an order that separates the customer-facing graphic from the internal source configuration. Compare all LED Modules below for the specific frame and print being commissioned.
Assign each approval to the right part of the order
Record who approves the customer artwork, who confirms the frame drawing and who checks the source and external power arrangement. Identify which items the reseller supplies and which the fabricator supplies. Keep the approved graphic version attached to the same order as the component list so a logo change cannot silently replace a tested lightbox configuration.
Close the order using the assembled sample
Have qualified personnel check the actual electrical and mounting arrangement. Ask the customer to review the installed graphic and the fabricator to record the selected LED model, quantity, external supply and sample observations. List unresolved items and their responsible party before acceptance. A customer approving the logo does not establish that the internal lighting arrangement has been checked.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Does customer artwork approval also approve the LED configuration?
No. Record graphic approval and technical review separately, and join both records to the actual assembled sample and order. Confirm any change to the print, frame or source with the party responsible for that item.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
