How do I keep product-category headers readable from the aisle?
Test the actual printed label in a working header at the planned viewing height and distance. Check letter contrast, uniformity and shadows from supports. More light alone cannot fix small type, poor contrast or an obstructed sightline.
How should I plan several separate header lightboxes?
Measure each enclosure and map its LED layout, wiring and accessible disconnection point. Check long and short headers individually rather than copying one spacing rule. Keep driver replacement access clear of display hardware and product samples.
