How do I fit LED bars beside a display pod or cabinet?
Measure the lightbox cavity after allowing for pod brackets, shelves, cables and connectors. Do not count the pod's outside depth as lighting space. Compare an edge-lit bar with rear backlighting in a working section; test with the real supports in place to reveal blocked light or bright spots.
Can two custom lightboxes share the same LED layout?
Only after checking each box's dimensions, depth and print transmission. Compare both illuminated graphics together; identical wattage does not establish matching brightness. Keep the chosen white tone consistent, then test spacing for each frame. Allow access to the separately sized supplies and labelled connectors without dismantling the display pods.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Will these LED bars illuminate the products on the pod shelves?
They light transmitting graphics from inside a lightbox. Shelf lighting and external arm lights are separate choices. Do not substitute an internal lightbox bar for a complete shelf fixture; confirm the owner's mounting and electrical requirements for any existing cabinet.
Before ordering
For the three featured bars: Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
Send the lightbox and pod drawings, clear lighting depth, support locations, print samples and supply/connector details. Ask for a sample fit and side-by-side lighting check before ordering components for repeat builds.
