Check the complete lightbox layout
Measure the usable frame depth, mounting sections and fixing points. Edge lighting, flexible backlighting and rear-mounted ladder lighting use different layouts. Test the selected optics with the actual fabric, reflector and spacing for edge brightness, a dark center and corner shadows.
Can I keep the existing power supply?
Only after checking its input/output type, voltage, capacity, condition, connectors and wiring against the selected load. Calculate all connected wattages and confirm the feed points, cable rating, voltage drop and polarity.
Confirm a sample before a production order
Fix the selected wattage, color temperature, electrical configuration and connector. Test the actual graphic and installation before standardizing the design for repeated builds.
