drupa connects print and display-production suppliers. For printed SEG fabric lightboxes, approve the assembled illuminated graphic as well as the print. Browse the full LED Modules range below.
Inspect the finished fabric in the illuminated opening
Fit the final graphic with its intended tension, seams and silicone edge. Mark shadows from joints, folds, fasteners or internal braces. Record frame depth and reflective surfaces; a flat print inspection cannot reveal every shadow in an assembled lightbox.
Correct the cause before adding corner light
Check fabric seating and structural obstructions first. Trial a revised primary bar position, then consider supplemental corner light for a remaining dark area. Match color temperature and retest the whole face. A corner module supplements the main layout; it does not guarantee removal of seam shadows.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 8W supplemental corner module: 202×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 600–700lm and 10°×40° optics; confirm fit and color match.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
- MODULAP-compatible edge-lit family: 12W/18W, 470×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1320/1980lm and 9°×50° optics; verify the actual frame.
Can higher wattage correct a folded fabric edge?
Not reliably. Inspect the physical fold and frame obstruction before changing output. Keep the approved fabric, frame and lighting layout together for repeat production.
Before ordering
These are internal LED sources, not complete lightboxes. Verify DC24V, load, connector pinout and polarity; select external power separately. The featured 10W slim bar allows at most 6 per run after wiring checks. Do not transfer that limit to other models.
Send the tensioned-graphic photos, marked shadow locations, frame section, seam positions and quantity through our contact page for a component review.
