A useful booth lighting kit keeps each fixture with its matching adapter, mounting hardware and cables. Check the complete kit before travel and again after dismantling.
Choose the kit for the display
Start with graphic width and height, mounting profile and distance to the surface. Two lights may be a starting point for a small display, but neither a two-light kit nor a 10×10 ft booth size guarantees even coverage. Test the real graphic and add fixtures only where the result requires them.
What the portable kit actually includes
The listed BOOTH LIGHTS kit uses 11W, 1100lm clamp lights with a 60° beam. Each light has its own DC12V adapter. One EVA Oxford bag holds two lights and two adapters; a 2-Pack has one bag, a 10-Pack five bags and a 20-Pack ten bags. These are complete-light quantities, not bag quantities.
Before leaving
Confirm clamp fit on the structural frame, not just panel thickness. Choose the destination plug and one fixed CCT range when ordering; this kit is not color-temperature switchable. Label each adapter for its fixture. Pack required extension leads, approved mounting accessories and compatible spares separately from the lamps so they cannot damage the heads.
Keep an inventory in the case
List every light, adapter, cable and mount, with quantity and model. Test the full kit on the intended supply, inspect insulation and connector condition, and photograph the packed arrangement. Reserve space for cable bends and protect lenses and clamp screws. Confirm packed dimensions and weight against the carrier's current allowance; do not assume the bag qualifies as cabin luggage.
After the event
Disconnect power, let fixtures cool and inspect for damage. Count every item before closing the bag. Record any failed component and replace it before the next booking. Keep the setup drawing with the inventory so another installer can reproduce the tested positions.
Will buying a kit cost less than renting?
It depends on hire price, frequency, transport, storage and replacement costs. Compare those costs for your actual schedule rather than assuming that ownership pays for itself.
