Wensco Midwest Sign and Graphics Show LED Modules for Lightbox Cable Identification

The Midwest Sign and Graphics Show is Wensco’s renamed open-house series for sign-making professionals. For lightbox component buyers comparing options around these regional events, this collection focuses on cable identification: keeping each LED bar, connector end and intended circuit branch traceable when a trial assembly is dismantled.

Match both cable ends to the lightbox assembly drawing

Give each proposed branch a clear identifier on the drawing and mark its mating cable ends with the same identifier. Keep the label clear of the connector latch and the mating surface. Record the chosen bar model, connector type and polarity separately; a matching label only identifies the intended connection and does not prove electrical compatibility.

Preserve the identification record when the trial build comes apart

Photograph the labelled connections with the supply disconnected, then store the bar and its assigned harness with the approved drawing reference. If a harness, connector or bar model changes, update the identification record and repeat the wiring and power checks before reconnecting. Keep unused leads distinguishable from approved connections so loose parts do not become an undocumented substitution.

Can cable labels replace checking LED voltage and polarity?

No. Labels support traceability, but voltage, polarity, connector wiring and driver capacity still need verification for the selected components. Check the current product specifications and complete assembly before applying power. Do not connect a new bar merely because its label or plug resembles the previous part.

Before ordering

Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.

Browse all LED Modules below. Send the cabinet depth, assembly sketch, connector photos and intended power arrangement to discuss suitable candidates and confirm specifications before purchase.
