Building a printed vendor-logo lightbox for the WASBO Spring Conference? Earlier exhibitor service information describes illuminated fabric displays. Compare internal LED bars for your own specified frame, keeping the company logo and small service descriptions readable at the booth.
Test the logo and service descriptions together
School-service exhibitors may show several service areas on one graphic. Test the final print with the actual diffuser, frame depth and LED layout. Inspect the main logo from the aisle, then check small service descriptions at the table. Bright edges, a dark centre or shadows behind fine lettering need a layout and print review; adding wattage alone may not resolve them.
Plan the backwall and compact sign as separate lightboxes
Measure the clear mounting lengths and cavity depth of each enclosure. A tall fabric backwall and a compact logo panel may need different bar lengths and optical positions. Allow space for the connectors, cables and access opening. For a display assembled repeatedly, record the tested layout and identify matched cable connections so the next assembly follows the same verified arrangement.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: DC24V, 470 × 24 × 16mm including the lens, 2200lm ±10%, 10° × 40° optics. Compare its light path with the usable cavity and brace locations. More output does not by itself establish even illumination.
- 7W mini edge-lit bar: DC24V, 200 × 23 × 16mm, 770lm, standard 20° × 60° optics. Compare it for shorter return sections; a Molex 5557 / Mini-Fit Jr. family designation does not establish a matching connector pinout.
- Linkable edge-lit bars: DC24V; 212mm/9W, 319mm/14W or 480mm/20W, with standard 20° × 60° optics. Select a length for each clear mounting section. Maximum five compatible bars per run depends on the actual cable and connector arrangement.
Which LED modules should I buy for a WASBO vendor lightbox?
Start with the frame section and final printed graphic. Compare bar length, overall lens height, light direction and power against the usable space. Test the logo and smallest service wording before choosing the number of bars. The product grid includes all 26 LED Modules options; they do not all share the same electrical or mounting requirements.
Are these LEDs replacements for the rental lightboxes in the exhibitor guide?
No replacement fit is established. The earlier guide shows a relevant display application, not the internal component specification or current rental offer. Ask the responsible display supplier before changing rented equipment. These components are for a build whose mounting, wiring and permission have been confirmed.
Do these modules provide lighting for school rooms or illuminate a computer demonstration?
This selection concerns printed exhibition lightboxes. School-room lighting needs its own design, and a monitor has its own display illumination. Specify these components for the actual graphic enclosure rather than treating the conference's school audience as an electrical application.
Before ordering
For the featured DC24V bars, select a compatible external constant-voltage driver and check total load, connector pinout, polarity and cable limits for the chosen model. An available booth socket does not directly power a DC24V module. Confirm current organizer requirements and the frame owner's approval.
Send the logo and service artwork, print material, frame sections, usable mounting lengths, cavity depths and quantity. Compare all 26 products below and request suitable sample components and a quote.
