Choosing LED modules for printed exhibition lightbox walls and towers at a RANZCR Annual Scientific Meeting? Compare internal lighting for these different frame formats. These components serve branded display graphics, not radiology image assessment.
Can a lightbox tower use the same bars as a wide graphic wall?
The same model may be a candidate, but the layout is not transferable by name alone. Measure each clear cavity, lens clearance and support position. Test the tower's narrow panels and the wall's broad centre separately with the actual fabric; compare edge-lit bars and rear backlighting before choosing quantities.
How do I keep tower and wall graphics visually consistent?
Use the intended printed fabrics and selected white tone in both samples. Inspect from the aisle and close discussion positions, including tower corners and panel joins. Match the visible graphic result rather than bar count or wattage; test spacing in each format. Check each supply's connected load and label wall and tower cable sets separately.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Are these LED modules suitable for diagnostic X-ray film viewing?
This collection is for exhibition graphic lightboxes. It does not establish diagnostic luminance, calibration or clinical viewing performance. Do not purchase these display components as a diagnostic viewer or medical device. For an existing exhibit frame, verify mounting, wiring and supply compatibility with its owner.
Before ordering
For the three featured bars: Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
Send wall and tower drawings, clear depths, support and joint locations, fabric samples and supply labels. Request separate sample layouts for the two frame formats before committing to production quantities.
