The NRPA Annual Conference exhibits park and recreation suppliers. This selection helps independent booth-lightbox builders coordinate printed backlit graphics with nearby software demonstration screens.
Review the lightbox and demo screen together
Make a sample with the actual fabric graphic and intended LED spacing. Place the working screen in its planned position, then check both from the expected standing and seated viewing points. Identify whether bright printed areas, reflections or visible light-source patterns distract from the demonstration.
Record a repeatable display configuration
Record the selected module, driver, screen-brightness setting and print proof together. If brightness adjustment is needed, confirm a compatible control arrangement before ordering. Keep the lightbox wiring accessible for service without blocking the demo-screen cables or forcing a change to the approved lighting sample.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Does a park-sector conference make every module suitable for outdoor use?
No. This comparison is for indoor booth lightboxes, not a qualification for outdoor park installations. Review the chosen product’s environmental rating, voltage, connector and mounting requirements for the actual application; the event name does not establish suitability.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
Send your booth-lightbox dimensions, screen position, viewing distances and fabric proof to discuss samples and the appropriate component choice.
