Microsoft Ignite brings together technology customers, partners and exhibitors. This selection helps independent exhibit builders compare LED modules for printed tower graphics and header lightboxes within a modular booth.
Map tower and header lighting cavities separately
A tall graphic tower and an L-shaped header need not share the same lightbox depth, mounting surface or illuminated-face geometry. Draw each actual cavity and identify its printed faces, corner returns, mounting points and cable entries. Select module positions for each section rather than extending a straight-bar arrangement around a corner without checking the available space.
Test each section before combining the display
Sample the proposed tower face and header return with their actual backing, print and source spacing. Record which module layout belongs to each cavity, including the connector and external driver requirements. Review the assembled result from the booth approach, and repeat the affected sample if a header return or mounting position changes. A matching graphic design does not establish matching lighting requirements.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Can one tested tower layout be copied into every header section?
Only after checking that section's dimensions, printed face and source arrangement. Keep model-specific connection limits and supply requirements in the component list; these modules do not establish the structural suitability of a suspended header.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
Send separate tower and header drawings, cavity depths and print proofs to discuss component samples for your lightbox build.
