Light + Intelligent Building Middle East includes LED components for retail lighting. For indoor lightboxes, prepare a useful issue report before choosing replacement sources. Browse all LED Modules below.
Record the symptom without assuming its cause
Note the source model, separate supply, control setting, graphic material and location of each bright or dark area. Photograph the finished face from the same viewpoint with consistent exposure and ambient light. Record whether the concern involves the whole face or a local area.
Provide component and assembly evidence
With power disconnected, document connector labels, mounting and cable routing where safely accessible. A photograph does not prove a failed LED bar: graphics, layout, connections or control can also affect appearance. Have qualified personnel review the assembly before changing parts; do not test live wiring.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Will replacing a bar always remove a dark patch?
No. A visible patch is a symptom, not a confirmed component fault. Compare the graphic, layout, source specification and supply/control arrangement before deciding what needs changing.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
Send face photos, symptom locations, source models, supply and control details, graphic material, frame layout and required quantity through our contact page.
