Alliance Franchise Brands Sales & Customer Experience Conference brings sign and print businesses together. Browse all LED Modules for your own indoor lightbox and use a pilot build to understand the work involved.
Define what the assembly trial includes
Record LED mounting, wiring, face installation and checks separately. Note preparation, tool setup, interruptions and rework. Keep printing and unrelated project tasks outside the recorded assembly scope.
Review repeated builds before estimating an order
Record the builder, frame, LED model, layout and tools. Repeat the same defined tasks where practical. Do not treat one sample’s time as a guaranteed production rate or evidence that another model installs faster.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Does lower LED wattage mean less assembly labor?
No. Wattage does not establish mounting or wiring time. Compare the actual assembly steps and component requirements, and keep labor estimates separate from the electrical load calculation.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
