Choosing LED modules for an ACDIS service-list lightbox wall or a reception panel with printed coding graphics? Compare internal sources that illuminate the printed face. Small service names and fine graphic marks need a real lit sample; more wattage alone cannot make undersized lettering readable.
Keep small service names legible across the lit face
Test the final printed material at the intended frame depth. Include the smallest labels, fine coding-style marks and dark background areas. Inspect them from the aisle and from each conversation position. Identify shadows from braces and bright lens bands. If wording remains hard to read, review print size and contrast as well as source layout before adding bars.
Give the backwall and front counter separate source layouts
A tall service wall and a lower reception panel can have different cavity depths, mounting lengths and support positions. Measure each separately. Keep lenses clear of counter rails, shelves and cable access doors. Record bar direction and fixing positions for each enclosure; do not copy a wall layout into a counter just because the artwork uses the same colours.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: DC24V, 470 × 24 × 16mm including the lens, 2200lm ±10%, 10° × 40° optics. Compare its light path with the usable cavity and brace locations. More output does not by itself establish even illumination.
- 7W mini edge-lit bar: DC24V, 200 × 23 × 16mm, 770lm, standard 20° × 60° optics. Compare it for shorter return sections; a Molex 5557 / Mini-Fit Jr. family designation does not establish a matching connector pinout.
- Linkable edge-lit bars: DC24V; 212mm/9W, 319mm/14W or 480mm/20W, with standard 20° × 60° optics. Select a length for each clear mounting section. Maximum five compatible bars per run depends on the actual cable and connector arrangement.
Which LED modules should I choose for an ACDIS service-list lightbox?
Compare sources using the actual print and clear internal dimensions. Check the small service labels at normal conversation distance and the main heading from the aisle. Choose a tested bar length, lens direction and layout for that enclosure. A component photograph cannot establish the frame's optical depth.
Can I use the same LED bars and spacing in the backwall and reception counter?
Only after checking both builds. A counter may need shorter straight mounting sections and may contain rails or shelves that block light. Test each assembly, including corners and access openings, before confirming a repeated bar spacing.
Do these LED modules illuminate a software demo screen or provide clinical lighting?
They are internal components for compatible printed exhibition lightboxes. A monitor uses its own display system. This page does not specify medical equipment or care-room lighting; select parts for the actual graphic enclosure.
Before ordering
For the featured DC24V bars, verify a compatible external constant-voltage driver, connected load, pinout and polarity. Check mounting length, lens height and cable limits for the exact model. Power supplies and complete frame services are separate; obtain the frame owner's installation approval and current organizer requirements.
Send the backwall and counter sections, clear mounting lengths, final service-list artwork, material sample and quantities. Compare all 26 LED Modules products below and ask for a sample component layout and quote.
