Build the accessory list around the exact light and booth frame. Check the mounting interface, profile dimensions, supported load and electrical connections before choosing clamps or cables. An Octanorm or SEG label alone does not establish compatibility.
Choose the mounting hardware
- C-clamp: an option for a compatible tube, crossbar or panel frame. Check jaw opening, contact surfaces and the light’s fixing point.
- Square-profile clamp: compare the flat jaw with your profile. The adjustable square-tube clamp currently recommends a maximum profile depth of 31 mm. Check all relevant profile dimensions before ordering.
- M8 sliding block: creates a fixing point in a matching profile channel. Check the channel opening, internal dimensions and retention. M8 specifies the thread, not the channel size.
- Dual M8 bracket: uses two fixing positions on a suitable frame. Verify spacing, bolt length, engagement and allowable load; two bolts do not establish a load rating.
Choose the power connections
A mains-to-C13 cord is suitable only when the fixture has a matching C14 inlet and its input requirements match the supply. Select the actual outlet’s plug, required ratings and cable length. The C13 mains cord lists a 3 m option; measure the permitted cable route rather than assuming it reaches every stand. A cord does not convert voltage.
A C14-to-C13 interconnection cord may link fixtures only if the exact models permit linking and have matching input and output connectors. Follow the smallest applicable limit for the fixture, cable, connectors and circuit, plus the event’s rules. There is no general allowance of 4–6 lights, and the cable does not increase circuit capacity. Physical linking is not an instruction to wire lights electrically in series.
Count, pack and test
- Draw the mounting positions and cable route; count each required fixing and connection.
- Check what is included with the selected light and accessory pack. Pack quantities do not determine how many lights a stand needs.
- Bring the specified tools, suitable cable supports, permitted secondary retention where required and compatible spares.
- Inspect parts and trial-fit the complete assembly before the event. Confirm overhead mounting and electrical work with the booth contractor.
Compare the mounting accessories or send us frame measurements, inlet photos and the light model for a compatibility check.
