27.5W Optical Lens Edge-Lit LED Bar for Light Boxes
This 710mm optical LED light bar mounts along the inside edge of a compatible light-box frame and directs light inward through a 14° × 47° asymmetric lens. Its 27.5W, 3300lm specification provides a mid-to-high-output option between shorter standard bars and longer high-power light-box modules.

What the 14° × 47° Lens Does
The two-axis lens narrows the beam in one direction and spreads it more widely in the other. This helps installers aim light from the frame perimeter across a rectangular graphic. It does not by itself guarantee uniform illumination or higher system efficiency: final performance also depends on bar orientation, frame depth, spacing, reflective surfaces, diffuser and graphic transmission.
The bar can be planned on one side, opposing sides or multiple frame edges after testing. Four-side mounting is one possible layout, not a requirement for every light box.

Choose the Color Temperature Carefully
Each ordered bar has one fixed color-temperature range; it does not switch from 2800K to 16000K. The 2800–3500K option is warmer, 4500–5000K is neutral, 6500–8000K is cool, and 12000–16000K is an extremely cool blue-white range for specialized visual requirements. Test the selected range with the actual graphic and primary lighting before production.
Layout and Electrical Planning
- Confirm the 710 × 25 × 16mm bar fits the frame channel and available mounting surface.
- Test beam orientation, spacing and one-side, opposing-side or multi-edge placement with the final graphic.
- Add 27.5W for every connected bar and size the DC24V driver, wiring and feed points with suitable reserve capacity.
- Verify connector pinout, polarity, cable rating and voltage drop. The Molex-style connector does not guarantee compatibility with every harness.
- For planning, we recommend no more than four bars in one daisy chain. Confirm the final safe arrangement from the driver, connectors, cable rating, voltage drop and installation conditions.
