Record the layers from source to viewing face
List the translucent print, diffuser and protective cover used in the actual frame, with their order, separation and orientation. Keep the LED model, layout and viewing conditions fixed while comparing an intended layer change.
Approve the assembled stack before fixing the source layout
After qualified assembly and wiring checks, compare the intended layers together for visible bright spots, contrast and edge appearance. Change one layer at a time and retain the accepted stack record. Source output alone cannot establish finished-face performance through different materials.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 7W mini edge-lit bar: 200×23×16mm, DC24V, 770lm and standard 20°×60° optics; verify available mounting and removal space.
- 10W DC-plug edge-lit bar: 360×26×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1000lm ±10%, 15°×45° optics and dual-end DC sockets.
- Aluminum-profile edge-lit family: 22W/25W/32W, DC24V, 40.7×17mm housing and 14°×47° optics; specify length and wire exit.
Is a print-only sample enough to approve the finished lightbox?
No. A diffuser or protective cover can change the visible result. Review the intended assembled layers and frame before accepting the LED arrangement.
Before ordering
These are internal light sources, not complete retail fixtures. Disconnect power before service. Verify DC24V, load, connector pinout and polarity; confirm power and hardware separately. The featured 10W DC-plug bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks. Do not transfer the limit to other models.
