Compare construction types with separate drawings
Give a tensioned-face frame and a fixed-panel frame their own drawings. Record the usable opening, internal depth, face support and source mounting surfaces for each. A shared graphic size does not make the internal space or mounting arrangement equivalent.
Approve a source layout for each construction
Review the actual face, retaining parts and candidate LEDs in each proposed assembly. Record the source positions and observed dark or bright areas. Changing from a fixed panel to a tensioned face requires another complete sample review; carry across only details that have been checked for that construction.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Can the same LED layout be copied between different face constructions?
Do not assume it can. Compare the internal geometry, face support and approved mounting method separately, then review each illuminated sample. These indoor lightbox bars are not a promise of suitability for course letter samples or outdoor sign builds.

Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
