Building an independent PDAC exhibit with a printed lightbox wall around a media workstation? Compare all 26 LED Modules products for the internal graphic light source. Evaluate the outward-facing print and the occupied side of the wall as separate viewing conditions.
Mark where the workstation faces the rear of the lightbox
Add the seated eye position, work surface and intended interior wall finish to the lightbox section. Identify joints, openings and panel edges visible from that position. Specify the separate backing or partition with the frame fabricator before choosing bar positions. The exhibit wall depth does not establish the lighting-cavity depth, and an internal LED bar is not a finished workspace luminaire.
Inspect the occupied side while the printed face is illuminated
Test the proposed source layout with the final print and planned rear enclosure in place. From the workstation position, record exposed sources or light escaping through joints and openings; from the aisle, check the printed face separately. Retain both observations with the approved backing and LED layout. Any closure must preserve the frame's intended ventilation and service access. Recheck both sides after a backing or joint detail changes rather than approving the wall from a front-only photograph.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Can a good-looking printed face prove the workstation side is suitable?
No. The rear enclosure and its openings require their own review. These are internal printed-lightbox sources, not workstation task lights, mining-machine lamps or complete occupied-space partitions. Confirm the component requirements and have the workspace design reviewed separately.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
Send the lightbox section, rear enclosure details, workstation eye position, printed sample and observations from both sides to discuss LED component trials.
