Locate internal supports in the source drawing
Mark braces, cross-members and other opaque supports behind the visible graphic. Record their position relative to the LED bars and printed face. A source trial without these parts does not represent the final build. Keep structural parts and the approved frame configuration in the sample.
Review shadows with the complete frame assembled
After qualified mounting and wiring checks, examine the illuminated graphic with all supports installed. Record any dark band and its position against the support drawing. Discuss layout changes with the frame fabricator and retest the full sample. Do not remove or alter structural supports simply to change a shadow; the source choice alone cannot guarantee a shadow-free result.

- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Does an even sample without braces prove the final frame will look even?
No. Opaque internal supports may affect the illumination reaching the graphic. Review the actual supported frame, source arrangement and printed face together before approving the build.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
