MRO Americas brings the aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul industry together. Independent exhibit builders can use this selection when specifying printed backlit partner stations within a shared stand. Compare all 26 LED Modules products against the actual station construction and approval requirements.
Separate partner artwork approval from component approval
Create a station schedule that names the partner, artwork revision and lightbox construction for each illuminated graphic. Mark which items are shared across stations and which require a separate sample. A partner's approval of its logo placement does not approve LED spacing, the connector or the external driver. Ask the stand builder to record the accepted lighting configuration and the partner to confirm the intended printed face, so the purchase is based on both decisions rather than an artwork-only sign-off.
Review the affected stations before releasing a changed order
If one partner replaces its artwork, identify whether the print alone changes or whether the backing, frame depth or lighting configuration also changes. Retest the revised printed face on the recorded construction; if a shared LED layout changes, flag every station using that layout for review. Release quantities from the stations with an accepted configuration and keep unresolved substitutions visible in the order schedule. Do not count an unresolved station as an approved repeat simply because it uses the same voltage or brand colors.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Does one partner's approved graphic qualify every station for the same LED module?
No. Shared component choices still need to suit the individual lightbox construction and printed face. These modules are internal sources for independently designed exhibit lightboxes; this selection does not qualify them as aircraft lighting, MRO inspection equipment or replacement parts for a proprietary stand system.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
Send the partner-station schedule, artwork revisions, frame sections and accepted component layouts to discuss samples and the quantities ready for ordering.
