Write a component schedule before ordering
Record the exact bar model, units per pack, quantity, voltage, beam direction, mounting space and separate driver or harness requirements. Keep supplier demonstrations separate from the specification approved for your own cabinet.
Choose the light source for the display
- DC24V linkable edge-lit bars: 212mm/9W, 319mm/14W or 480mm/20W for modular lightbox builds.
- 12W/18W DC24V MODULAP lightbox module: 470mm edge-lighting format for compatible fabric frames; verify the connector and fit.
- 20W DC24V rigid lightbox bar: 470mm, 2200lm ±10%, for tested indoor SEG and illuminated-sign layouts.
- 7W DC24V compact lightbox bar: 200mm, 770lm, 200×23×16mm body for short frame sections. Check the Molex 5557 / Mini-Fit Jr. connector family, mating pinout and fit before replacement.
Does one LED module mean one chip or one complete bar?
Use the selected product’s sale unit. A rigid bar can contain several LEDs; counting lenses does not tell you how many bars to buy. For products offered in packs of 10, 50 or 100, reconcile the required bar count with the chosen pack and order quantity.
Can a long lightbox bar replace the small sign modules shown in a demonstration?
Only after checking the complete layout. Our 200mm/7W edge bar has a 20×60° beam; the 470mm/20W bar has a 10×40° beam. Body length alone does not establish equivalent coverage, mounting clearance or connector compatibility. Test the actual face and cabinet.
What should my LED component quotation include?
List each bar model and pack, driver output, mating connectors and harnesses separately. Identify which parts you already have and which you need supplied. Send your layout and cabinet section with a trial quantity. Do not treat a demonstration’s complete system as parts included with an LED-bar order.

LED Modules illuminate a printed face inside a lightbox; they are not complete signs. Confirm connector polarity, driver capacity, thermal conditions and connection limits. Check the selected bar length and product pack quantity. Do not assume outdoor or moisture suitability from a retrofit application.
