Map physical connectors to the approved wiring diagram
Record the exact LED model, connector view, pin assignments, polarity and controller connection. Have the installer verify supplier documentation; wire colour or a matching plug shape alone does not establish compatibility.
Label branches before closing the frame
Identify each source group and its supply or control connection on both the harness and drawing. Keep labels legible and accessible without blocking the light path. After qualified wiring checks, save the verified diagram with the assembly record; isolate power before opening or disconnecting.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Can matching wire colours confirm a replacement connection?
No. Confirm pin assignments, polarity and control requirements for the exact components. A labelled drawing supports identification but does not replace electrical verification.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
