Create a reusable lightbox specification
Record each design separately: frame section, graphic material, illuminated sides, mounting layout and chosen LED model. Include the exact connector and power arrangement. A shared purchasing template can organize projects, but the same LED layout should not be assumed suitable for different frame dimensions.
Give purchasing an approved sample record
Before ordering production quantities, record the evaluated construction, selected model options and sample observations. Identify which parts are included and which power or control components are separate. If a supplier proposes a different bar, connector or optical option, review that change against the intended lightbox before approving it.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Can one approved LED module be substituted across every exhibit lightbox?
Approval applies to the evaluated construction and selected configuration. Different depth, graphic, mounting or wiring can require another review. Supplier participation at EDPA ACCESS does not establish BOOTH LIGHTS affiliation or compatibility with a proprietary display system.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
