Planning an independent DTECH / DISTRIBUTECH exhibit with an aisle-facing printed lightbox and a monitor on the tower's other side? Compare all 26 LED Modules products for your own tower design. The selection focuses on the space shared by internal lighting and the opposite-side monitor installation.
Draw the monitor fixings and light source in one tower section
Include the monitor bracket, fastener ends, cable entry and backing panel in the same section as the printed face and proposed LED layout. Measure the remaining module and connector space after the actual monitor hardware is installed. A tower's external depth does not establish usable lighting depth. Keep monitor loads on their specified structural support; an LED bar or its fasteners must not act as a monitor support.
Check the print after fitting the opposite-side hardware
Install the intended monitor bracket, backing and cables before testing the illuminated print. Look for shadows or source positions displaced by hardware entering the lighting cavity. Record the accepted section and mounting positions with both component lists. Recheck the lightbox after a bracket or monitor model changes, even when the printed graphic stays the same. Use the agreed lighting service opening without treating monitor removal as automatic permission to access or modify its structural fixings.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Can these modules replace a monitor or LED video-wall panel?
No. They illuminate printed lightbox graphics; they are not display pixels, monitor parts or structural mount approvals. Verify the tower's actual mounting and electrical requirements. Exhibition use does not qualify these components for utility equipment or high-voltage installations.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
Send the shared tower section, monitor mounting drawing, internal cable routes and printed sample to discuss LED component options and an assembled-tower trial.
