Looking for Canada Light Expo LED modules or LED bars for fabric lightbox manufacturing? Compare internal light sources for a trial frame before committing to repeat-production quantities.
Can a small lightbox sample predict the full-size result?
A short test section helps check connectors and print appearance, but it cannot prove brightness across a larger face. Build a trial at the intended width, height and usable depth with the final graphic material. Check bright edges, dark centers and corners. Compare bar length, lens direction and mounting space before deciding how many sources the production frame needs.
How do I keep repeat-production lightboxes consistent?
Record the exact LED variant, white-light range, mounting positions, print material and cable arrangement after the full-size trial passes. A different frame depth or more opaque print can require another layout. Compare longer bars with compact sources using the actual frame; fewer high-output bars do not automatically replace more short bars. Keep the approved sample available when checking later production units.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- Linkable LED bar — DC24V; 212mm/9W, 319mm/14W or 480mm/20W; standard 20°×60° lens; external driver required.
- 20W rigid LED bar — DC24V, 470×24×16mm including lens, 2200lm ±10%, 10°×40° optics; check Molex-family pinout and polarity.
- 7W mini LED bar — DC24V, 200×23×16mm, 770lm, standard 20°×60° lens; verify frame fit and external driver.
Should I copy another supplier’s LED and driver layout?
Use that system as a separate reference, not proof of interchangeability. Confirm your enclosure, voltage, connector pinout, polarity and each model’s permitted run. Calculate the connected wattage and external driver headroom, cable rating and voltage drop. The displayed module family includes different optical and electrical arrangements; approval of one trial does not approve every catalog item.
Before ordering
Confirm internal dimensions, usable depth and mounting clearance. A compatible external driver is required and is separate. Do not assume fit in another manufacturer’s frame or transfer its complete-system certification to a new component build.
Compare all 26 LED Modules below. Send the prototype and production dimensions, frame section, print sample and planned quantity for a component-selection enquiry.
