Looking for CAMX lightbox LED modules while updating printed fabric graphics? Compare internal LED bars after checking how the final new print transmits light in your actual frame.
Do new printed graphics need brighter LED bars?
Not automatically. Compare the old and final new print samples under the planned source. A change in fabric or ink coverage can change the apparent brightness; establish whether the source output, distribution or graphic is driving the difference before selecting new bars.
Why does a new graphic look darker with the same LEDs?
Different printed areas can transmit different amounts of light. Check the final artwork and fabric as well as the frame depth and source positions. More wattage alone does not prove that a dark area or visible band will disappear.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
What should I check before ordering replacement lightbox LEDs?
Send the old and new print samples, actual frame section, source mounting drawing and existing LED, power and connector labels. Check dimensions, optics, voltage, polarity and pinout before choosing replacements. A matching printed-cover size does not establish LED or connector fit.
Before ordering
For the three featured bars: Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
Compare all LED Modules below. Send your printed samples and existing source details to review suitable internal bars for the refreshed graphic lightbox.
