Designing a sectional graphic lightbox for a BUILDEX building-products stand? Compare all 26 LED Modules products for its internal light source. Map the frame's transport breaks before choosing bar lengths or a wiring layout.
Keep rigid LED bars inside the transport section
Mark where the frame separates and which parts stay assembled in each transport section. Measure the usable mounting length inside that section, including lens, connector and cable clearance. A rigid bar spanning a separation joint can prevent planned dismantling; do not assume it can be cut or bent to make the split work.
Plan cable separation before closing the graphic
Identify the connections that must be disconnected for packing, without pulling on the LED bar or trapping cables at the joint. Give the installer a section map showing matching ends and reconnection points. Trial the intended dismantling and rebuilding sequence with power isolated, then check the illuminated graphic after reassembly. Any changed split or cable route needs another review.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Can one long LED bar join two transport sections?
Only use an arrangement the lightbox builder has specifically assessed. Module length does not establish joint compatibility or a structural connection. Select a different verified layout rather than modifying a bar without its manufacturer's instructions.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
Send the frame section, transport split drawing, usable mounting lengths, cable route and supply details to compare suitable LED modules.
