Separate the wall covering from the lightbox assembly
Record each illuminated wall and individual lightbox separately. A fabric-covered partition alone does not tell you whether its graphic is translucent or whether a lighting cavity exists. For a supplied stand package, first ask which lighting is included before ordering extra components.
Compare LED bars for the lightbox compartment
- DC24V linkable edge-lit bars: 212mm/9W, 319mm/14W or 480mm/20W for modular lightbox builds.
- 12W/18W DC24V MODULAP lightbox module: 470mm edge-lighting format for compatible fabric frames; verify the connector and fit.
- 20W DC24V rigid lightbox bar: 470mm, 2200lm ±10%, for tested indoor SEG and illuminated-sign layouts.
- 7W DC24V compact lightbox bar: 200mm, 770lm, 200×23×16mm body for short frame sections. Check the Molex 5557 / Mini-Fit Jr. connector family, mating pinout and fit before replacement.
Which LED modules should I choose for a backlit canvas wall?
Compare bar length, mounting clearance and the actual printed face. Test the proposed layout at the intended cavity depth before repeating it across the wall; booth floor area does not determine the required module quantity.
Does the stand power allowance replace a DC24V LED driver?
No. Confirm the input and output ratings of the selected external constant-voltage driver, the total module load and connector polarity. A stand electricity allowance does not establish the voltage supplied to an LED bar.
What information is needed for a custom lightbox quote?
Send separate wall and box drawings, usable internal dimensions, translucent print samples, connector photos and driver labels. Identify supplied lighting and the components you are replacing so the order matches the actual build.
