A linkable LED light bar system joins compatible bars with plug-in cables. It can reduce custom wiring work and make replacement easier. It does not guarantee uniform lighting, unlimited expansion or compatibility with every DC24V module.
Separate connection design from optical layout
“Linkable” describes the connection method, not whether the system is edge-lit or directly backlit. Mount each bar as its optical design requires. Other LED modules may also use plug-in harnesses; they do not all need individually fabricated wiring.
Before ordering, check voltage, connector mating parts, pin assignment, polarity, cable length and current rating. A keyed connector helps assembly only when the correct compatible parts are used.

These linkable light box bars operate at DC24V and share a standard 20° × 60° asymmetric lens. Select length, output and one fixed CCT range for the intended frame. An external constant-voltage driver is required.
Calculate each powered run
Product information allows up to five compatible bars per run, subject to the supplied cables and connectors. Five 20W bars total 100W nominal load, approximately 4.17A at 24V, before operating margin. A different mixture has a different load.
Confirm driver derating, cable and connector limits, voltage drop and feed positions. Adding a bar changes the load; do not expand a run solely because another plug is available. A physical daisy chain is not an instruction to improvise an electrical series circuit.
Test assembly and service access
- Build the actual frame with the final graphic and test orientation, spacing and beam overlap.
- Check center, edges and corners, then electrical loading and temperature under intended conditions.
- Label feeds and bars and retain a wiring drawing.
- With power disconnected, test access for replacing one bar with the approved voltage, connector, optics and CCT.
