13W ETL-Listed Edge-Lit LED Bar for Light Boxes

This 13W edge-lit LED lightbox bar combines a 360mm rigid aluminum body, 1430lm output and 15°×60° asymmetric lens for side lighting in compatible SEG fabric light boxes, backlit signs and exhibition displays. Mount it along the inner frame edge and test the intended spacing with the final graphic.

ETL/UL, CE, UKCA, SAA and RoHS Documentation

The product certifications are listed as ETL/UL, CE, UKCA, SAA and RoHS, and the applicable identification is shown on the PCB in the product images. For a regulated installation or trade show venue, confirm the control number, applicable certificate or listing record, exact ordered model and destination requirements before purchase. Product markings do not replace the venue's approval process.

Request the certification documents required for the selected market and production configuration.

Optical Layout for SEG Light Boxes

The 15°×60° lens directs light inward from the frame edge and can help reduce bright edges when the layout is properly tested. It does not guarantee uniform coverage on every frame. Depth, graphic transmission, reflective surfaces, bar spacing and one-, two- or four-side placement all affect the result.

  1. Measure the inner frame length and depth.
  2. Test the final fabric or graphic at the intended brightness.
  3. Adjust bar spacing after checking bright edges, dark centers and corners.
  4. Confirm mounting clearance and thermal conditions.
  5. Record the tested layout before volume installation.

DC24V Power and 5557 Connection

A compatible external DC24V constant-voltage power supply is required and not included. Multiple bars may be connected only after calculating total load, cable capacity and voltage drop. Verify connector pinout and polarity; a shared connector family name does not guarantee identical wiring.

Custom terminal or connector configurations may be available by confirmed quotation. Do not assume a custom option is included in the standard online variants.

Color Consistency and Service Life

CRI90+ supports natural reproduction of printed graphics. Select one fixed CCT range for the project and request batch control when color matching across multiple frames matters. Small production tolerances can occur. Service life depends on temperature, power-supply quality, mounting and operating hours; confirm warranty terms for the order.

Choose Between 10W, 13W and 20W Bars

The 13W model is a middle-output 360mm option. Choose by frame depth, required brightness, bar dimensions, lens and connector rather than wattage alone. Compare edge-lit LED light box bars or send frame dimensions, graphic material and certification requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many bars are needed?

The required number should be designed according to the lightbox dimensions, including the illuminated length, width, depth and planned layout. There is no fixed count based on edge length alone. Build a sample using the actual frame and graphic before confirming the production quantity.

Can the bars be daisy-chained?

The product is designed for a maximum of 6 bars connected in one run. Connecting more can cause excessive cable loss, and the light board has limited current-carrying capacity. In actual use, select the number of connected bars according to the venue and lighting requirements, then verify total load, wiring, connector capacity and voltage drop.

Does ETL/UL certification mean every venue will accept it?

ETL/UL certification generally aligns with requirements used in the U.S. market, but acceptance still depends on the specific venue, organizer and installation requirements. Confirm the exact listing documentation and the venue's current electrical rules.
