Build a parts list for each frame configuration
Label each kit with the exact LED model, frame size, required bar quantity, mounting parts and matching connector family. Count included accessories separately from components you must source. Keep spare bars labelled outside the assembly kit so surplus is not mistaken for the approved layout.
Check substitutions before the kit reaches assembly
A similar length or connector appearance does not establish interchangeability. Recheck optical direction, cable exit, pin assignment, load and mounting clearance for any substitution. Confirm the completed prototype before releasing its parts list for repeat production.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 7W mini edge-lit bar: 200×23×16mm, DC24V, 770lm and standard 20°×60° optics; verify available mounting and removal space.
- 10W DC-plug edge-lit bar: 360×26×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1000lm ±10%, 15°×45° optics and dual-end DC sockets.
- Aluminum-profile edge-lit family: 22W/25W/32W, DC24V, 40.7×17mm housing and 14°×47° optics; specify length and wire exit.
Can different LED bar models share the same assembly-kit label?
Use separate model identification and an approved parts list. Keep the wiring limit with its exact model; changing a bar or connector requires a fresh compatibility check.
Before ordering
These are internal light sources, not complete retail fixtures. Disconnect power before service. Verify DC24V, load, connector pinout and polarity; confirm power and hardware separately. The featured 10W DC-plug bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks. Do not transfer the limit to other models.
