PRINTING United Expo connects print and sign-display suppliers. Plan edge lighting for large fabric lightboxes, with attention to graphic coverage and underlit areas. Browse the full LED Modules range below.
Design coverage across the actual printed graphic
Compare long perimeter bars with shorter bars around frame sections. Test the final fabric, frame depth and reflective interior together. Inspect bright edges, dark centers and corners before fixing bar spacing; rated lumens alone do not establish uniformity.
Add corner lighting after testing the primary layout
Mark the underlit area and check obstructions before adding a supplemental bar. Match the selected white-light range and include its load in the driver calculation. Approve the revised sample before volume production.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 45W perimeter bar: 958mm, DC24V, 4400lm ±10% and 14°×47° lens for tested large-frame layouts.
- 13W edge-lit bar: 360mm, DC24V, 1430lm and 15°×60° lens for shorter frame sections.
- 8W supplemental corner module: 202mm, DC24V, 600–700lm and 10°×40° lens; verify mounting space.
Does an 8W corner module replace the main lighting?
No. It adds targeted light in a compatible tested layout. One module is not guaranteed to solve every dark corner.
Before ordering
These are internal light sources, not finished lightboxes. Verify DC24V driver capacity, polarity and connector pinout. Drivers are not included with these three highlighted models. The 13W bar permits a maximum of 6 bars per run, subject to wiring and load checks.
