Measure the connector as well as the LED bar
Use the actual frame section to check the plug body, mating space, cable exit and strain-relief location. A bar fitting inside the frame does not mean its connector can be inserted or removed. Keep wiring clear of the printed face, mounting screws and moving panels.
Confirm an accessible service route
Disconnect power before inspecting access. Test how the chosen connector can be reached without pulling on its wires or removing structural supports. For the profile family, confirm the wire-exit option before ordering. Connector appearance alone does not prove matching pin assignment or polarity.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 7W mini edge-lit bar: 200×23×16mm, DC24V, 770lm and standard 20°×60° optics; verify available mounting and removal space.
- 10W DC-plug edge-lit bar: 360×26×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1000lm ±10%, 15°×45° optics and dual-end DC sockets.
- Aluminum-profile edge-lit family: 22W/25W/32W, DC24V, 40.7×17mm housing and 14°×47° optics; specify length and wire exit.
Does a matching frame length confirm wiring clearance?
No. Check the connector body and cable route in the assembled frame. A connection that fits during bench assembly may become inaccessible after the graphic and panels are installed.
