Graphics Canada Expo includes the Canadian SIGN Show and connects print and display suppliers. Test the backlit graphic with its intended light source before ordering a production run. Browse the full LED Modules range below.
Proof the printed graphic inside its intended lightbox
Use the final printed fabric, ink setup and reflective surfaces. Compare the illuminated sample and its unlit appearance separately. Check dark areas, bright edges and visible LED points at the planned depth; a desktop print alone does not show the finished backlit result.
Keep an approved print-and-lighting sample for repeat work
Record the print substrate, selected white-light range, bar model, spacing and frame depth with the approved sample. A change in fabric or light source needs another test. Keep the same approved configuration when reordering modules for repeat displays.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- Slim 10W edge-lit bar: 360mm, DC24V, 1100lm, CRI 90+ and 9°×50° lens for tested frame-edge layouts.
- 12W dual-CCT direct-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, CRI 90+, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; choose the white-light pair.
- Compact 12W edge-lit bar: 313mm, DC24V, 1200lm ±10%, 9°×50° lens and 2-pin connection.
Does CRI 90+ guarantee a printed brand color match?
No. Color appearance also depends on the printed material, ink, white-light setting and ambient light. Approve the actual illuminated sample; CRI alone is not a print color-match specification.
Before ordering
These are internal sources, not complete lightboxes. Verify DC24V power, total load and polarity. The slim 10W and compact 12W bars allow at most 6 per run, subject to wiring checks. The dual-CCT bar needs a compatible switch or controller, not included; intermediate blending requires channel-mixing support.
Send the printed material, illuminated dimensions, frame depth, desired white-light option and production quantity through our contact page to review the source and layout.
