Inspect the assembly before reconnecting power
With power disconnected, compare bar positions, mounting parts and connector seating with the approved assembly record. Check the cable route and graphic alignment after transport. Do not energize damaged components or use wires to support a bar.
Review the rebuilt lightbox against its approved sample
After qualified wiring and frame checks, compare the illuminated face under the agreed conditions. A changed bright or dark area may involve the graphic, mounting or layout; do not assume a higher-output bar is the solution. Component choice does not certify transport or frame safety.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 7W mini edge-lit bar: 200×23×16mm, DC24V, 770lm and standard 20°×60° optics; verify available mounting and removal space.
- 10W DC-plug edge-lit bar: 360×26×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1000lm ±10%, 15°×45° optics and dual-end DC sockets.
- Aluminum-profile edge-lit family: 22W/25W/32W, DC24V, 40.7×17mm housing and 14°×47° optics; specify length and wire exit.
Can the original LED layout be accepted without checking reassembly?
Check it against the assembly record. Dismantling and transport can change mounting, cable position or graphic alignment even when the model is unchanged.
Before ordering
These are internal light sources, not complete retail fixtures. Disconnect power before service. Verify DC24V, load, connector pinout and polarity; confirm power and hardware separately. The featured 10W DC-plug bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks. Do not transfer the limit to other models.
