Inspect each face in the assembled cabinet
Fit both final graphics and any planned internal divider. Check the illuminated faces separately from their intended viewing positions. Mounting brackets, cable routes and the second graphic can affect the usable optical layout; one approved face does not approve the other.
Specify the lens and mounting direction together
Record which way each bar faces and its exact lens option. The featured 7W side-lit module uses a standard 9°×50° lens; other stated angles require confirmation by request. Do not assume one perimeter arrangement will light both faces uniformly. Test before fixing production quantities.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 7W side-lit optical module: DC24V, 770lm ±10%, standard 9°×50° lens and 2-pin connection; verify fixing-hole shape.
- Edge-lit length family: 3.5W/7W/21W, DC24V, 170/370/965mm and 10°×60° lens; select the exact length variant.
- Linkable edge-lit family: 9W/14W/20W, DC24V, 212/319/480mm and standard 20°×60° optics; verify the selected model.
Can a single-face layout be copied into a double-sided cabinet?
Only after checking the actual two-face construction. Review separation, depth and obstructions, then inspect both graphics. A published bar output is not a measured brightness value for either finished face.

These are internal sources, not finished double-sided signs. Verify DC24V, load, connector pinout and polarity. The featured 7W optical module has a ceiling of 8 per run; the linkable family has a separate ceiling of 5, both subject to electrical checks. External drivers are excluded.
